Abilisoft MTM & Netcool/Impact
Abilisoft MTM for Netcool/Impact® provides advanced monitoring for the Netcool/Impact® component that integrates your Netcool® environment with other critical business systems.

All of the core processes required to run an Impact® environment are closely watched by the solution. This includes the core Impact Server, as well as the underlying PostgreSQL database and optional JRExec Server component. The Security Manager and GUI Server components are also monitored where appropriate, allowing for a complete understanding to be gained.

Performance of the Netcool/Impact® environment is also measured, allowing you to ensure that important network alerts are being presented to your operators as quickly as possible, and not being delayed by either Netcool/Impact® or the other business systems that it works with.
