Measuring Netcool Component Performance
The Abilisoft MTM for Netcool® solution allows you to utilise the same technology that is used to measure end-to-end Netcool® performance to measure the performance of specific components across your Netcool® environment. This gives you the ability to see how long event data takes to pass through various aspects of our Netcool® deployment, and to grade the performance of your Netcool® Gateways.

The solution is configured to suit your exact requirement, and involves the creation of synthetic data at a specific point in your Netcool® architecture. The data is allowed to flow through the Netcool& environment as if it were a normal event, and is then detected by Abilisoft MTM at another specific point. This feature is commonly used to measure the performance of a Gateway process that is connecting two ObjectServer components together.
