Abilisoft Enterprise
Abilisoft Enterprise is the cornerstone of the Abilisoft product range; an end-to-end management solution that overarches the entire IT environment, providing a single dashboard view and point of control to proactively monitor end user experience, and ensure the performance of real or virtual servers, web, applications, databases and networks.
Abilisoft Enterprise delivers in-depth information in real time, furnishing administrators with the tools to track hardware and application performance, degradation, and availability.
Abilisoft Enterprise Will Revolutionise Your Environment
Abilisoft Enterprise offers an innovative and intuitive approach to network management, with minimal deployment, and flexible and highly competitive licensing options.
The Abilisoft interface has been developed as a rich internet application, providing organisations with the features and functionality of a traditional desktop application, but with the convenience of the web. Abilisoft Enterprise is powered by Adobe® Flash technology, which eradicates the lengthy loading times and memory usage issues that often plague Java-based application interfaces. Abilisoft Enterprise ensures platform independence, and removes the need to distribute and maintain client software to the user base.
The interface features a dynamic Explorer panel that is hidden by default to reduce the amount of screen real estate that is used. The Explorer panels are activated by moving your mouse near the edges of the screen.
Information can be viewed in multiple ways, allowing each user to manipulate the interface to suit individual requirements. The available views allow you to view data organised either by the type of component, the host platform, or in groups that you have created. Additionally, data can be grouped by physical and logical locations, and service and component types.
Alerting & Escalating
When there is an issue in your environment, you need to know straight away. Abilisoft Enterprise immediately raises an alert, and displays it within the user interface. The alert includes information on what has happened, the affected component and the time of the alert. An alert can be triggered by many different types of conditions being met; such as the changing state of a component, breaching a threshold, or updating an application configuration file. This image shows how alerts are presented within the Abilisoft interface, as well as the alerts Explorer panel.
Abilisoft creates an escalation for each alert, in the form of an email sent to a portable device, a phone call, or an SNMP trap for loading into existing management tools, ensuring that key people are always informed of issues to the network. If an organisation is using a trouble ticketing system or an instant messaging bus that has an API, Abilisoft will utilise that API for its escalations.
The alerts dashboard presents the administrator with a view of all current alerts, and any associated escalations. Summary data shows how many alerts have been acknowledged, and the distribution of alert severity is also included.
Dashboard Views
Abilisoft Enterprise gives the administrator visibility of the raw results of every test being performed. This enables users to evaluate servers, applications and network devices at a very detailed level, to accurately perform fault diagnosis and resolution.
Some times, a higher level view of the information is necessary, and Abilisoft Enterprise provides various dashboard views that are more suitable for display on wall boards and for the corner office. Some dashboards can be customised for bespoke requirements; others are pre-built enabling you to derive business benefit from day one.
